Does this come in Lime Green?

Don't get me wrong. I love my green little Cosmo. You know complete adoration...but this last trip to LA while parking the car I found a new love of my scooter life. It is a thrill, I cannot say wind in my hair (since I wear a helmet) but I am hooked. Not quite on the motorcycle but on the scooter feeling. My next scooter if I can get it in the nice pretty lime green color or something that is just as spunky and as loud as mine. The next scooter has three to make the beauty. Can't you just see me cruisin' down Amity?

Laziness!!!

This year everything seems so lazy. Nothing like those nasty sunburns and exhaustion we got last year from growing some muscles and bucking hay. This year it is all done with the tractor, does this mean we are turning into modern day farm people??? If so I guess dad would get a full size truck. Nope this year we go watch the tractor do most of the work, with the occational bail falling or having to flip the bail it takes the work out of it. I even sat on the back of the tractor up the field to watch. Yes I feel the jiggle in my arms, I should really start lifting some weights I guess.

Our Baby Calfs

With Gracie and Mary in town they were very excited that we had four baby calves that had to be bottle fed. They didn't mind spending the extra day at Grandma and Grandpa's house so they could have their turns with the calves. Grandpa was even kind enough to make sure that they waited untill the girls were up to feed the calves. Ron (whom the girls grew big crushes on and called him Uncle Neal) even shared the feeding with the girls. The next morning after Stephanie and I wore them out swimming at the Rec Center Grandpa came and woke them up to feed the babies again. The calves loved Mary. They even ate grain straight out of her hand and when that got boring they decided to suck on her fingers. Can you believe there was room for both calves on her little hand?

4th of July in Enumclaw

I left nice beautiful one hundred degree weather to travel up to cold, damp Seattle for the weekend. Ethan and Mary played with my camera while waiting for the fireworks to start.
